Consider the following scenario:
- You have a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista.
- You run some WMI Query Language (WQL) queries by using the Windows Remote Management (WinRM) scripting API or through the Winrm command-line tool on the computer.
In this scenario, the memory usage of the Windows Remote Management service keeps increasing. Over time, the available memory on the computer is used up. All applications or services on the computer stop responding or crash because of insufficient memory resource.
