On a computer that is running Windows Vista, an Indexing Service query that uses the LIKE predicate returns an incorrect result. For example, when you use the following query clause to query for files whose names contain the “doc” string, the result may include some files whose names do not contain the “doc” string.
SELECT Filename FROM Scope() WHERE filename LIKE '%doc%'
Note: This problem does not occur on a computer that is running Windows XP.

When you start a Windows Vista-based computer that has more than one TV tuner, you receive the following error message:
Windows Media Center Receiver Service stopped working and was closed. A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available.
Also, the Windows Media Center Receiver service (Ehrecvr.exe) may stop unexpectedly.

A system service on a Windows Vista-based computer uses named pipes to connect to a system service on another Windows Vista-based computer. Both services run under the local system account. However, when the system service on the first computer tries to connect to the system service on the second computer, you receive one of the following error messages:
Error message 1
Server1_name: cannot connect to machine “Server2_name” (0×00000005)!
Error message 2
Server1_name: cannot connect to machine “Server2_name” (0×00000035)!
