On a Windows Vista-based computer, you use Private Branch Exchange (PBX) software that uses Telephony API (TAPI) to manage telephone calls from clients. However, telephone numbers from the clients are truncated. Therefore, PBX software obtains only half of the telephone number of a call. This problem may affect some features of the PBX software.
