When you remove a USB flash memory storage device while Windows Media Center is running, you receive the following error message in Windows Vista Ultimate or in Windows Vista Home Premium:
Unknown audio error occurred (C00D1191)
This error message automatically closes after a short time.
This error message is also displayed when you remove other memory storage devices, such as Secure Digital (SD) cards, USB hard drives, and other similar devices.

You may encounter the following errors when attempting to install Flashpaper on Windows Vista:
- “Error 1904.Module C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\Flash8.ocx failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your support personnel.” and then a message that the software installation was successfully completed.
- When trying to print to the FlashPaper printer driver, “Could not find FlashPaper Printer. Please reinstall FlashPaper Printer.”
- “MMxpt has stopped working error” when attempting to print.
After you install FlashPaper on an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X v.10.4.x, it fails to initiate the printer driver, and you get the error: “This panel is not compatible with your computer.”

In version 8 and earlier of most Studio products, the Windows keyboard shortcut Control-Alt-Tab activates the accessibility feature of navigating the different panels without using a mouse. This Studio key combination no longer works in Microsoft Windows Vista; instead, it activates a new Vista operating-system-wide feature. (Ref. 209768)

- Contribute 3 and earlier
