When you import supported MOV files, Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0.2 crashes and you receive the following error message, “Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Premiere Elements to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project.”

The project you are working on cannot be recovered by Premiere Elements and any unsaved edits are lost.

When you open Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0.2, the registration screen appears even though you have already registered or chose Do Not Register on the registration screen.

When you start the Organizer, Adobe Photoshop Elements freezes.
