Windows could not configure one or more system components. To install Windows, restart the computer and then restart the installation.

For example, you may receive this error message when you try to upgrade Windows Vista Home Basic to Windows Vista Ultimate.

In some versions of Windows Vista, when you open the Speech Recognition Options item in Control Panel, the user interface items are not in the correct language. Additionally, no configuration features are available under Configure your Speech Recognition experience. Therefore, you cannot configure the Speech Recognition feature.
