    No, I have no affiliations with Microsoft.

  2. What formal Windows Vista training do you have?

    I’ve worked in the IT for over 20 years, but I have no formal training or degree in the field (I have a masters in Architecture). I ’self-train’ by picking a task, and jumping in to figure out how to make it work. I do this mostly through research on the web, reading documentation, and plain old trial and error. This site is largely the documentation of my learning process for using and managing Vista.

  3. Is this site running on Vista?

    No, I’d rather not maintain a server, and if I did I’d use a real server OS (Vista is a client OS). I’m running the site from a hosted Media Temple linux account using the latest version of WordPress, and a bunch of downloaded and custom plugins. The template is a highly customized version of Cutline.
