Some I/O request packets bypass a Usbccgp.sys filter driver that is developed on a Windows Vista-based computer

You develop a filter driver that uses the USB common class generic parent (Usbccgp.sys) driver to capture I/O request packets (IRPs) on a computer that is running Windows Vista. However, these IRPs bypass the filter driver. When this issue occurs, the device that replies on the filter driver does not work correctly.

There is a download that resolves this issue. See Hotfixes for details.
