Applications that load Rasapi32.dll may crash in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008
Assume that you configure various dial-up connections on a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008. When you try to start an application that loads Rasapi32.dll, the application may crash. For example, Rundll32.exe, Svchost.exe, or Iexplore.exe may crash.
