An access violation occurs in the Imetip.dll component and then the Tablet PC Input Service does not work after user logon process in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008
On a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, you enable the Tablet PC Input Service. However, an access violation occurs in the Imetip.dll component after the user logon process. When this issue occurs, applications that use Tablet PC Input Service stop responding.
