Stop error message on a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista: “0×00000027 RDR_FILE_SYSTEM”

On a computer that is running Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista, you receive the following Stop error message:

Stop 0×00000027 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)

Note: the parameters in this error message vary, depending on the configuration of the computer.

When this problem occurs, the following event is logged in the system event log:

Event ID: 1001
Event Type: Information
Description:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0×00000027 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4). A dump file was saved in: [path of dump file].
