Error event ID 5 is logged in the System log on a computer that uses the iSCSI Software Initiator to connect to an iSCSI target device

On a computer that uses the iSCSI Software Initiator to connect to an iSCSI target device, the following Error event may be logged in the System log periodically or when the computer starts:

Note: This issue may occur in all versions of Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.
