An extra character might be displayed during OOBE for Traditional Chinese Windows Vista

In Traditional Chinese Vista system, if we defined the OEM wallpapers like the below,

<oem>

         <name>BandName</name>

        <wallpaper>

         <path>sample1.bmp</path>

        </wallpaper>

        <wallpaper>

         <path>sample2.bmp</path>

        </wallpaper>

        <wallpaper>

         <path>sample3.bmp</path>

        </wallpaper>

</oem>

On the wallpaper selection page in Windows Welcome (OOBE). the text in Traditional Chinese has a grammatical error. An extra, unneccessary, Chinese character is displayed under the OEM wallpaper selection.
