Truncation of display items caused by DPI Scaling due to effective screen resolution

When you change system DPI Scaling from “Control Panel > Personalization > Adjust font size (DPI)” on Windows Vista, or Font size change in appearance tab of Display properties in Windows XP, you may notice that some dialogs don’t entirely fit on the screen or have truncated icons/text.
