When you run an NDISTest on a Windows-based computer that has a RNDIS driver installed, a failure is reported, or the computer may become unresponsive
You have a computer that has a Remote Network Driver Interface Specification (RNDIS) driver installed. When you run a Network Driver Interface Specification Test (NDISTest) on this computer to test the driver, NDISTest may report a failure. Sometimes, the computer may become completely frozen and unresponsive.
This issue occurs when the computer is running one of the following operating systems:
- Windows Vista
- Windows Server 2003
- Windows Server 2008
