Situation

When installing a Canon IR C2880 printer to Microsoft Visa workstations through iprint, the following errors occur:

Error message: The printer driver is unknown
Error group: Windows
Error code 1797

Error message: The remote procedure call failed.
Error group Windows
Error code: 1726

Error message: The specified username is invalid
Error group: Windows
Error code: 2202
