You may receive a “Stop 0×000000E3″ error message that resembles the following on a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008:
STOP: 0×000000E3 (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)
The RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED
This problem may occur on a computer that is running Symantec Endpoint Protection version 11.0 Maintenance Release 2 (MR2). This problem occurs when the Symantec program quarantines a file.
