Windows Vista does not detect a DVD-R disc that was formatted two times
Consider the following scenario:
- You format a DVD-R disc on a Windows Vista-based computer.
- You record some data on the DVD-R disc by using a consumer electronics DVD recorder.
- You format the DVD-R disc again on the Windows Vista-based computer.
- You record more data on the DVD-R disc by using the consumer electronics DVD recorder.
- You insert the DVD-R disc into the Windows Vista-based computer again.
In this scenario, the computer does not detect the DVD-R disc.
