ShopA language pack is not available when you click “View available updates” after you install Windows Vista Service Pack 1
After you install Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1), the language pack that you want is not available when you click View available updates in the Windows Update item in Control Panel.
Note: Language packs are available only for Windows Vista Ultimate.
