ShopDevice connection is disconnected when you synchronize lots of files between Windows Media Player 11 and a Windows Mobile device
When you use the Microsoft Windows Media Player to synchronize lots of files with a Microsoft Windows Mobile device, the connection between Windows Media Player and the device is disconnected.
There is a download that resolves this issue. See Hotfixes for details.
