I have Vista Home Premium, but this KB935509 has been installed automatically.

I also have Vista Home Premium but do not let Vista automatically download any updates since back in October when one of them stopped my internet connection from working and I did not know which one. So, why is this update available for users of Vista Home Premium?

Good question, I also have to wonder why it would even download on a non-BitLocker PC. Anyone have any ideas?

This update fails to install. I am trying to install it for two weeks already. Didn’t find any solution yet.
Please help.
