Error message when you use Internet Explorer 7 in Windows Vista to try to access a Web server that is configured to use OpenSSL: “Page cannot be displayed”

You use Internet Explorer 7 in Windows Vista to access a Web server that uses OpenSSL. Then, the server and the client negotiate to use the Diffie-Hellman cipher. However, the session is not established, and you receive the following error message:

Page cannot be displayed

There is a download that resolves this issue. See Hotfixes for details. This issue is resolved in SP1.
