The content of a Web page does not appear to update as expected when you use the document.open method in Internet Explorer 7

Consider the following scenario. You use the document.open method with the replace parameter in Windows Internet Explorer 7. In this scenario, the content of a Web page does not appear to update as expected. When you click the Back button, the updated content appears.
