Internet Explorer 7 may stop responding when you try to resize a frame

When you try to resize a frame in Windows Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer may stop responding until you click the right mouse button.

This problem may occur after you install update 918899. For more information about update 918899, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
