ShopA Toshiba Tablet PC that is running Windows XP with Service Pack 2 stops responding when you try to run a command
After you type a command at a command prompt on a Toshiba Tablet PC that is running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2), the computer stops responding.
For example, this problem may occur after you type the start chcp 1252 command.
