ShopYou cannot use the Connection Manager tool to update the phone book on a Windows Vista-based computer
When you try to use the Connection Manager tool on a Windows Vista-based computer to manage the network connection and to configure phone book updates to be automatically downloaded, the phone book download client (Cmdl32.exe) cannot download the phone book.
There is a download that resolves this issue. See Hotfixes for details.
