When you try to watch live TV on the LA7 channel in Windows Media Center, you hear audio, but you do not see video on a computer that is running Windows Vista

You are using a computer that is running Windows Vista Ultimate or Windows Vista Home Premium. The computer is using an Italian (Rome) 730-megahertz (MHz) multiplexer (mux) that receives a Terrestrial Digital Broadcasting Services (DVB-T) format signal. The mux has an available “Seventh Channel” (LA7) private television channel. When you try to watch live TV on the LA7 channel in Windows Media Center, you hear audio, but you do not see video.

There is a download that resolves this issue. See Hotfixes for details. This issue is resolved in SP1.
