The EQUAL SIGN key does not work on a USB PC98 keyboard that is connected to a Windows Vista-based computer
When you connect a USB PC98 keyboard to a Windows Vista-based computer, the EQUAL SIGN (=) key does not work.
There is a download that resolves this issue. See Hotfixes for details.
