Error message when you repeatedly restart a Windows Vista-based computer: “Stop 0×0000007E”

When you repeatedly restart a Windows Vista-based computer, you receive a “Stop 0×0000007E” error message.

There is a download that resolves this issue. See Hotfixes for details.
