“Performance Information and Tools” lists the DirectX version as “DirectX 9.0 or better” even though the computer is running DirectX 10 in Windows Vista
When you open “Performance Information and Tools” on a Windows Vista-based computer, and then you click View and Print Details, the DirectX version may be listed as DirectX 9.0 or better. This problem occurs even though the computer is running DirectX 10.
