ShopWindows Media Center stops responding for about 30 seconds when you start TV playback on a Windows Vista-based Media Center computer
You connect a Media Center Extender to a Windows Vista-based computer that includes the Windows Media Center feature. When you start TV playback on the computer, Windows Media Center stops responding for about 30 seconds.
Note: Windows Vista Ultimate and Windows Vista Home Premium include the Windows Media Center feature.
