Launching Live TV component of Vista Media Center results in a BSOD

Radeonâ„¢ HD2900 series
TV Wonder 650
Windows Vista 32-bit Edition
Windows Vista 64-bit Edition

Symptoms:
Launch Media Center Application.
Click Live TV
System may crash with BSOD Infinite Loop error.
