Playing HD DVD content followed by attempting to hot unplug a display device and then hot-plugging the same display device to the same or a different port results in the HD DVD playback failing to resume

Symptoms:
Playing HD DVD content followed by attempting to hot unplug a display device and then hot-plugging the same display device to the same or a different port results in the HD DVD playback failing to resume
