An incorrect character is displayed when you input a character in an ANSI-based application on a computer that is running Windows Vista

On a computer that is running Windows Vista, you input a character in an ANSI-based application. However, an incorrect character is displayed.

Note: This problem occurs when you use certain special keyboard layouts to input the character.

There is a download that resolves this issue. See Hotfixes for details. This issue is resolved in SP1.
