Black Color Values Degrade in HDTV Resolutions

  • Windows XP Media Center Edition
  • Windows XP Professional x64 Edition
  • Windows 2000 Professional

Symptoms:
In HDTV resolutions, i.e. 1280×720 the black color is being displayed too dark so that object’s details are not visible.
