A flickering display may be noticed when playing a DVD using the Windows Media Player in full screen and resuming from a standby state after disconnecting a CRT display device. This issue may occur when using a system containing an ATI Xpress 1100/1150 series product

Symptoms:
A flickering display may be noticed when playing a DVD using the Windows Media Player in full screen and resuming from a standby state after disconnecting a CRT display device.

    I have a flickering windows problem an so far I found many alternative or posible causes of the problem. After trying 95% of them. I have not yet being able to resolve this problem. Now I see another issue with the Radeon Express, but do not see a solotion to the problem. Please help me fix this problem.
