The hibernation progress bar fails to expand across the width of the screen when entering hibernation mode on a system containing an ATI Mobility Radeon X1600

Symptoms:
The hibernation progress bar fails to expand across the width of the screen when entering hibernation mode on a system containing an ATI Mobility Radeon X1600.
