Symptoms
On some configurations, users might fail to activate the TV as a secondary display when trying to extend the desktop onto TV using Catalyst Control Center.

After the installation of the driver, reboot the system and connect the TV to the system using S-Video. Reboot the system once more and open Catalyst Control Center. Under display manager, click on the inactivated TV and select “Extend Main onto TV” results in no impact and the TV will remain inactivated.
