Symptoms
On some configurations, fast forwarding or rewinding through recorded content on the MCE application will result in two frames repeating over and over.

Setup the MCE application for NTSC TV and play Live TV. Users might notice that only two frames will cycle over and over if they rewind or fast forward the recorded content.
