ShopVersions of Adobe Flash Player earlier than 9.0.28.0 do not support Windows Vista
Adobe Flash Player versions earlier than 9.0.28.0 will not run certain commands on Windows Vista, such as file uploading and saving, LocalConnection, and Shared Objects.
