On following your link to the Adobe KB site, I got the message “You are not authorized to view this article”.
This is Not As Helpful As It Could Be.

Thanks for pointing that out. Looks like Adobe pulled that article, as can’t find it on Adobe’s site even when searching for keywords, while the other KB-Links seem to work fine.
