ShopOn a Windows Vista-based computer, the Sony VAIO Camera Capture Utility (VCCU) may not work correctly until you restart it
When you start the Sony VAIO Camera Capture Utility (VCCU) on a Windows Vista-based computer, you may experience any of the following symptoms:
- The camera preview feature displays a blue screen that contains no video from the camera.
- The camera preview feature displays a black screen.
- The Sony VAIO Camera Utility does not automatically start as expected when you start the VCCU.
