ShopA folder does not open when you click the folder in the All Programs list in Windows Vista
When you click a folder to open it in the All Programs list in Windows Vista, the folder does not open. This problem only occurs when you try to open folders that are stored in certain locations.
There is a download that resolves this issue. See Hotfixes for details.
