When you try to install multiple language packs at the same time in Windows Vista Enterprise, some languages may not install. When this problem occurs, event log entries may be logged that resemble one of the following:
8007000e ERROR_OUTOFMEMORY
80070008 ERROR_NOT_ENOUGH_MEMORY
If you try to install the language packs again, Setup reports that there are no valid language packs in the directory.
