After you install an asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) network adapter, you receive the following error message when you start Windows Vista or Microsoft Windows Server Code Name “Longhorn”:
Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device. The class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device.
