If it involves additional software or advanced techniques, it will probably fall in the ‘Customization’ topic instead.

I have a software program that I installed on my Vista computer. It works just fine. Then, I was sent the upgrade to the software which is supposed to work with Vista. It has added functionality over the previous version. I can install it, but it doesn’t work. The creator of the software assures me that other Vista users have used it successfully, but some utilities running in the background had to be turned off. Would I find those type of utilities in the configuration? Any suggestions as to what to look for and how to turn them off? The purpose of the software is to edit Wordpress themes for websites. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Melissa
